What's a rebuilt exchange?

A rebuilt/refurbished unit is one that we have returned to "like new" condition. Rebuilt units are more economical to buy than a new unit, and, have a faster delivery time than a repair. Our customer then sends their used unit back to us. A core credit is issued once we determine that theunit is acceptable.

Do you issue RGA/RMA numbers?

In an effort to keep repair transactions as efficient as possible, we don't use RGA/RMA numbers. Upon receiving your unit we issue a repair number for tracking purposes.
