What's a rebuilt exchange?
A rebuilt/refurbished unit is one that we have returned to “like new” condition. Rebuilt units are more economical to buy than a new unit, and, have a faster delivery time than a repair. Our customer then sends their used unit back to us. A core credit is issued once we determine that the unit is acceptable.

Do you issue RGA/RMA numbers?
In an effort to keep repair transactions as efficient as possible, we don't use RGA/RMA numbers. Upon receiving your unit we issue a repair number for tracking puposes.

Do you charge an expedite fee?
For items that we repair/provide in-house, we usually offer expedited service to our customers at a nominal charge. However, we may need to pass along an additional expedite fee that is being charged by another manufacturer.

Why do I have to sign and return your repair quote forms?
We believe that this helps to keep our communication clear regarding the condition and repair of your unit.
